Conditions for returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:

Only normal priced goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, goods for sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return. That is why we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot issue refunds without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had sent the order to himself to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the giver.
