Charles Clément - Blanc de Noir

The light straw yellow color, slightly pearlescent, is beautiful.

Beautiful effervescence with fine bubbles. The nose is complex with
citrus and exotic fruit, completely atypical for one
Pinot Noir. There are also spicy notes, vanilla, cinnamon. And
on the palate the attack is lively, tight with aromas of citrus fruits, pineapple.
